Show Up and Be Seen Part 2: Scarcity and Comparison
Marketing a practice, program, or business is a risk. It requires us to show up and being seen authentically in ways that can be pretty scary (let's face it- most of us spent our therapist training learning how to disappear).
Any time we dare greatly scarcity shows up. Scarcity tells us there are limited resources (time, money, space). It tries to protect us with caution- all the while keeping us small.
When we begin to show up authentically in the world it is also very common for comparison to show up. Comparison often tells us we are too much, or not enough in relationship to others.
